Do you work with agencies on a white-label basis?
Yes. We act as an unbranded delivery partner, communicate only with your team, and sign an NDA covering your end clients.

How do we communicate?
Through a dedicated project lead, scheduled video calls within your business hours, a shared project board, and email or Slack/Teams for day-to-day questions.
How quickly do you respond?
Within one business day for all messages, and the same business day for urgent issues on active projects or care plans.
How do you handle time-zone differences?
Our team works extended hours, giving a full-day overlap with the UK, Europe and the Middle East, morning overlap with the US East Coast and afternoon overlap with Australia.
How quickly can a project start?
You receive a proposal within 48 hours of the discovery call. Most projects begin within one week of signed approval.
Pricing & payment
How are projects priced?
There is no fixed price list: every project is scoped and quoted individually after a free discovery call, and the cost is agreed in writing before work starts. Ongoing services are billed as a monthly retainer, and dedicated team members at an agreed hourly or monthly rate.
Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?
We invoice in USD, GBP or EUR and accept international bank transfer, Wise and card payments.
What happens if the scope changes?
We pause, explain the impact on time and cost in writing, and proceed only once you approve. There are no surprise invoices.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Projects end on delivery. Retainers have a three-month initial term and then continue month to month with 30 days' notice.
Security & ownership
Who owns the work?
You do. On full payment, all intellectual property — code, designs, content and accounts — transfers to you.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before any confidential information is shared. We can sign your NDA or provide ours.
How do you protect our data and access?
Access is granted per person through password managers with two-factor authentication, limited to what the project requires, and revoked at project end. A Data Processing Agreement is available for GDPR purposes.
Do you follow GDPR?
We follow GDPR principles in how we handle your data, and we build GDPR-aware websites and tracking, including cookie consent and Google Consent Mode.

Can you guarantee first-page rankings on Google?
No reputable provider can guarantee rankings, and Google advises caution with anyone who does. We commit to white-hat work, clear targets and transparent reporting.
Do you provide hosting and maintenance?
Yes. We set up hosting in your name with reputable providers and offer monthly care plans for updates, backups and security monitoring.
Which AI models do you use?
We select from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google based on accuracy, cost and privacy requirements, using business plans whose terms exclude your data from model training.
Who writes the content?
Our writers produce original, native-quality English content based on interviews with your team. Everything is reviewed and approved by you before publication.
